Daphne was supposed to come wednesday.. she didnt come but she was spotted just down the street and interviewed by nymag
in other news... we got a new intern and she told me gossip girl is supposed to be filming right down the block tomorrow! never watched the show but i still like seeing famous people.
also, we finished some 1500$ jeans this week for one of mario's friends - Haluk Akakce who designed the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas. the jeans are so worth the $1500. they've got these cool 3d pockets and detailing along with sliver zippers down the side back of each pant leg. bad ass. apparently Haluk liked them so much.. he was dancing.
um also the alexandar wang sample sale was today. i was going to go.. but two other interns went during lunch (disappearing for 2 hours.. boss wasn't the happiest about that) and said there was a huge line.. and the dress one of the girls got was like 250 some $ down from 500? good but still too pricey.. :( might pop in on the last day of the sale instead..
couture collections out in paris. no favorites yet..

I totally watched that video and thought of you! She is so cool haha. Alexander Wang was at his sample sale the first day! I'm not sure if he's still there, but you should try to meet him! And get a picture! And free stuff!
